The staff were very friendly. I was travelling with my 19-year-old son who is in the army, so anytime he gets leave then we love to travel. We arrived at least more than 2 hours before check-in time but yet that was fine and they gave us our room. We had a bit of a faulty towers moment lol...we had arrived at the front where the food bit is and I said we were there to check-in. The lovely young man just said to go through the archway and his colleague would check us in. Well, we walked through the archway and the same man we just spoke to appeared and said 'I am my colleague, I shall now check you in' ha ha . We had a lovely stay. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel. Heck, we got off the pisa mover from the airport and only had to walk 10 minutes through lovely streets to get to the hotel. After which we wandered along to all the main sights like the leaning tower etc. We had a great stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help. The location is great, it has a good access with a car, and is basically a neighbor of the famous Pisa tower. The breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was amazingly good. The room is nice, clean and comfortable.

    Very friendly, super clean, comfortable big bed and excellent location. Room was simple but had all you need (3 stars, don't expect plush). Pretty little garden for guests use during the day too. Literally 3 minutes walk from the cathedral and tower.
