1. The staff were very kind and helpful. 2. The meals were outstanding, some of the best we've had during our two week stay in Japan 3. Lovely and helpful staff. A beautiful hotel with garden view rooms and two private outdoor onsen and public baths. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. We were able to dine together as a group and the hotel was accommodating of dietary requirements. Staff kindly stored our baggage and called a taxi for us after check out.

Breakfast was served in the large restaurant, and the quality was superb with the staff being very attentive and nice. Loved the Japanese selection! Room was nice and large, and very clean. Two choices of private onsen! We managed to enjoy both of them. In case you're hungry from all the onsen, they also provide ramen, drinks and beer for supper for free!

The staff can hardly understand any English, but it is understandable. There is a big parking lot in front. The hotel itself is quite old but very clean.
