The staff picked us up from the bus stop and brought us there on departure day. Overall they were super helpful with everything and English is no problem. We had breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. The baths were clean and the location was amazing. I was a bit nervous about the mixed outside bath but there is a Women only time. The staff was very nice, tbd details in this place… photos won’t do the justice. I have no idea why this place is only rated 3 stars. We stayed second night in the ryokan of 4 stars in the same street and it’s incomparably poor compared to Fujia. I hope one day we come back here and stay longer.
