The shuttle bus is extremely helpful as it works efficiently from and to Narita Airport for my morning flight to Taipei, Republic of China. The breakfast option was amazing, I love the variety of options that the hotel offers. The staffs were really helpful and very friendly. This was the best option that I took when transiting. They provided slippers, pyjamas, matcha and there is a convenience store in the hotel.

Thank you very much for the early check in and the late check out. ( You have to pay some extra though, but it's great to have that opportunity). It's something that I really apreciated specialy when you have an early landing and you have to wait til 3pm for the actual check in time. The location is great, close to the old Narita area, the temple and JR train Station + Narita Keisei Station. Restaurants, bars, convenient shops are very close too. Very effective lobby staff, kind and professional.
