Great location for the walk up Adams Peak. The staff were very helpful with a good local place to eat and timings on when to start walking. Also great breakfast in the morning and they allowed for a slightly later check out which wasn’t needed but good to know.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating that it felt like staying at a friends place. We got a tour of all of their garden and got their help to visit 2 waterfalls! (The one right next to the lodge and the one 4 kilometers away). The food was also very tasty and served in large portions, so a big thank you to the kitchen staff aswel! Aside from the lodge we also took on the challenge of trying to reach Adams peak. We unfortunately didn't make it all the way (this side of the mountain has 11.000 steps), but we enjoyed the entire experience. Amazing views, some wild animals and we were completely alone the entire day due to it being off season. We would definitely recommend anyone to try to do Sri Pada off season.

My recent stay at The Tea Bungalow in Norwood, Hatton, Sri Lanka, was an experience I'll cherish forever. Despite the rest of the staff being on public holidays, they managed to provide us with an array of delicious meals that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Their skill and dedication were evident in every dish they served. But what truly makes The Tea Bungalow a magical place is its location in Norwood. The natural beauty and serene atmosphere of this area are unparalleled. It's a place where one can truly relax and reconnect with nature. The landscapes, the calmness, and the overall ambiance of Norwood are what makes it the best place I've visited in Ceylon so far. Terrace Cinnamon View is an exceptional place with incredible views over the hill country from every room and balcony. Even at night we would leave the curtains open so that in the morning we could see the gentle, rolling landscape from our bed - a luxury! The place is perfectly clean and decorated with taste and has a pretty pool. Rumesh and his team are lovely people - friendly, efficient and attentive to your every need. The meals taken on the large terrasse overlooking the mountain are delicious. Peaceful and quiet, this is the perfect place to unwind and contemplate nature.

Nice place to stay in a pretty private atmosphere. There are three double rooms in that villa . We shared the Villa with friends. So it was like our private house . Nice balcony with a view to a small river . Nearby the old bridge you can take a refreshing bath. The rooms are very proper, the bathroom is clean. And hot water shower is okay . The homemade food is delicious and also the breakfast! The stuff is kind and helpful . The owner is very engaged that everything is fine . If you like to do outdoor activities they will arrange for example water Rafting . We recommend very well . We would like to come again .
