Very helpful and friendly multilingual staff ! (English-French-Spanish etc.) Good Spanish-style breakfast included and À la carte restaurant meals to order, special requests are welcomed. Excellent location close to city centre, yet with quiet rooms for a good night's sleep.

Very clean and quiet, despite its excellent location close to airport and city center. Two major parks (Oum Saad and Mechouar) in walking distance. Good shopping and dining nearby. Breakfast included.

The location of the hotel, on the center of the "city center" The reception staff, especially Miss shaima who was very polite, very kind and helpful local young lady.

Perfect city centre location. No parking on site but plenty of street parking nearby. Bikes can park outside.

Comfort stay in the city centre in a good price

Great staff, very friendly reception staff and helpful with good recommendations for eateries. Modern rooms, very clean, comfy bed, great air con, central location, good price for the high quality, near to eateries, supermarkets and stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The more expensive rooms are much bigger and better, so worth the extra charge but my smaller room was great for a single person stay. Street parking available nearby.

The hotel is clean and has a good price. As well as the location is great. The hotel staff were friendly, especially the receptionist; she was a very wonderful person, we got a really warm welcome from her.

Staff were very helpful especially Wissal and Fatima zahra who gave me plenty of information about Laayoune. Room was nice and very reasonably priced. Location was ideal as in the city centre.
