Location is 5 mins away from the sea.front, and a 20min walk from the largest souk in Africa. Hotel is huge, there are two pools and a restaurant. The view from my 1st room was the pool but I had to move as the person above had a very loud blender, I only mentioned this to the staff and immediately was given a new room with a sea view and a floor where no one was above me - this now included many beautiful sunsets and honestly how incredible was this customer service!! The stay at the hotel, location but more importantly the staff from the Manager Jamal through to his staff all so welcoming, friendly, informative and so helpful that I've booked another stay. As they say actions speak louder than words:-) highly recommend this hotel.

First of all we were located in the room above hotels night Club. Loud music until 2am.. Asked reception if there's a chance or room change - we were offered room on the other side which was amazing and got good night sleep for the rest or our stay.

not like any other hotel it’s a proper little village, everything you could need is there, the night entertainment was great, camel rides, jewellery stalls, shops outside the door, right near the beach. maid in the room everyday, staff everywhere all day keeping the hotel clean and well,everything was brilliant

Quiet large double size bed in a confortable room with window. Excellent variety of TV channels, all working perfectly. Warm shower in a large douche room. Clean in all areas. Friendly staff and early check in was granted. Highly recommeneded and very good value for money.

I love this hotel I saw it being renovated in April it's a lovely hotel the staff are so nice and the pool area is so nice it's quiet and good for families the room was lovely big bed lovely shower I loved it so much I stayed an extra night I will definitely be back again ❤️ thank you to the reception staff
