I liked the pool area. It feels very serene and well appointed. A nice place to sit. The pool is small but so is the hotel. Although i didn't swim, a saw guests enjoying their swim. Located 10 minute walk from ADO station and parque principal. The receptionist was polite and helpful. There are restaurants and convenience stores a short walk from the hotel.

I loved the place, the pool, the common areas and the location. The place was clean, plenty of toiletries, with peace and tranquility. I also liked that there was coffee and water 24/7. The shower had perfect dimensions and was very comfortable. The beds were very clean and comfortable as well. The AC worked great and silently. The person at the desk was very nice.

We choosed this accomodation because we didn't want to stay in centrum Valladalid. We wanted to visit Chichen Itza and cenotes near. It was our first stay in hacienda and it was nice. Staff didn't speak english but we used translater or hands😀and everything was ok. Pool is clean, big and after all day trip amazing. Price inclueded breakfast and bikes.

    Excellent location within walking distance from the bus station and the city centre. I got a quiet room in the back and enjoyed a good sleep. The room was very spacious and it would have been easy to share. The hotel staff helped in organising a round trip with a taxi to see some cenotes and ruins, which was great. Mini markets were nearby and everything was safe to explore on foot, even after dark. Would love to come again

    This is a great budget hotel within walking distance of the everything in the city center. Rooms are simple but clean and I was only in the room to sleep so it didn't matter to me. The mini fridge in each room is useful to have some cool drinks handy to beat the Valladolid heat. I did not swim in the pool in the courtyard but it was very clean and pretty. There is a nice cafe down the street for breakfast named Casa Natural.
