This is a very amazing experience! The house is very large, the facilities are also great, and the courtyard is beautiful. We met the hosts, who were very friendly and enthusiastic.They even made dumplings for us to celebrate Chinese New Year. This makes us feel very warm. Fast Friendly Communication. Ruth was kind friendly and helpful from outset. Immaculately Clean Rooms. Sufficient & Practical Furniture/Furnishings. Well Equipped Kitchen. Further Updating/Renovations to be carried out in near future , including aircon units. Fantastic Views and Perfect Location..(Flat)Walk to Ferry Terminal, Cafes, Supermarket and Shops. 10-15min walk to Waitangi. Noise(vehicles and people) is to be expected, considering you are road and waterfront on Paihia's main thoroughfare. Great First experience staying at a Motel in Paihia. Usual stay is at one of the chain hotels or apartment accommodation. Highly Recommend Bayview Motel.
