We chose The Nova because of its reviews on cleanliness, and we were not disappointed. The room is always kept clean, the mattress is new, and the bathroom is always stocked with enough towels and toiletries. However, the room service is a bit slow. Despite that, with its reasonable price, it is still a great choice.

Good service. Receptionist is very friendly, enthusiasm especially Julie Nguyen ( Dong Nhi) huge thanks to her. We could turn to her for help with any problem. She also introduced us to the local foods. The location of the hotel is great the nearest shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away. Clean and modern rooms. I stayed at the Iris hotel for a few days and I loved the service here, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, I asked many questions and they answered to the best of their ability! Rooms was perfect and clean. Would stay again and would recommend booking here.
