We enjoyed everything, the hotel, its good location, the very welcoming and polite owners and staff. We felt at home from the first moment. Robert offered us bahn mi when we arrived, he booked for us an activity and taxi to Danang at a lower fare compared to Grab. We were offered typical deserts when we checked out! I have no words to describe the whole experience in Hoi An; the hosts Robert and his wife made it even more special! The room was very clean and I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in the old town, nearby the river.

staff are lovely, kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms are big, clean and have everything you need. free bikes to get into the old town, or costs you about 1.50 in a taxi. Walk takes you about 15/20 minutes. out of the centre so really peaceful.

What a fantastic hotel to stay at! I absolutely loved the place. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the location was perfect—right on the main street. The pool was lovely, and the staff was always friendly and eager to help. Just a short walk from the lantern market, it made exploring so convenient. I will definitely be back! Kevin and Linda were especially wonderful, offering great advice and assistance.

We really loved the Calm House 3. It is a little bit outside of the touristic city of Hoi An, but we rented a motorbike (everything organised by the owner Flower 🌷 ), and drove only 6 min to the walking street. Every time when we came back to the hotel, it felt like home. And we were thankful for the quiet nights. The rooms, the garden and the pool area are clean, comfy and everything is made and decorated with love. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The owner Flower and here family let us feel like a part of their own family, but always with respect and privacy. Also Flower helped us with all our plans (trips, cooking class, rent a motorbike and so on) always for a very good price 👌🏻 and after only two days at her home and hotel we know that we will come back in the future. “Some people you meet on your way become friends, because there is a good chemistry between them.” Thank you very much Flower 🌷 you made our trip to Vietnam so much precious 🙏🏻. We are happy to meet you again, all the best for your business and family.

    Great location but still quite. Hot water in shower was fabulous. Breakfast is a simple option but very nice. This is not a high end hotel with room service etc. It is a good budget hotel/homestay establishment that does what it does very well. I would certainly stay here again.
