It's very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a grocery store just next to it. There is parking in front of the hotel and also another private parking nearby if there is no space in front of the hotel. The room was brand new, super clean (they offer daily cleaning), and very spacious with a terrace overlooking behind the hotel (which I liked because there was no noise from the outside). There is a set of stairs to get to the elevator but it wasn't a problem. The breakfast lacked variety (which is something common in Albania) but it was very tasty and they were serving awesome croissants and tasty jams with it. The hosts are very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to staying there again!

Ari and Anjeza are the most wonderful hosts I have ever had the pleasure of staying with!! Their hotel is wonderful, but they make the experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome, inviting me for coffee and drinks and great conversation on a regular basis. They gave me great recommendations for things to do in Ksamil, and I truly loved talking with them each day. As a solo traveler, it is so important for me to feel safe in a space, and they made me feel like one of their family! The hotel is in a great location off the main road, walking distance to restaurants, markets, and some beaches. It is very easy to get to via car, and they have a safe gated area for the car. My room was spacious with a great balcony, and extra blankets were provided for the couple of cooler days I was there. Anjeza made a great breakfast every morning and even sent me home with some sweet gifts (thank you!!), and Ari was so fun to talk to and always so sweet to make me coffee with a side of Amari each day. I am SO happy I found this wonderful spot, and I can’t wait to visit again!!

The room was very clean and comfortable, good facilities (air conditioning worked perfectly), and had a gorgeous balcony which had an amazing view. The host, Andreas, was the kindest man - very helpful with recommendations. Easily contactable and was available when I made a last minute booking. Andreas let me hop in the car with him to Vlore which was so helpful and nice, and even dropped me at the bus station. A fantastic host, thank you!

The hotel room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was homemade and very delicious. The owners were very great people and always available to help. The location was also great as it was a few minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely visit again.
