The room was comfortable and had all the required stuff to make the stay comfortable. The view from the room was breathtakingly beautiful. One can see the mountains, the lake, and the houses below. It was picture-perfect. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location is great with easy access to train and bus from the hotel.

Hôtel des Arts is conveniently located just 200 metres from the lake, near the centre of Neuchâtel and the funicular railway which will take you to the train station in 3 minutes. Rooms have free Wi-Fi. Very clean, comfortable beds and nice staff. The location was also really good close to everything. The hotel gave us card for free public transportation
