Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular.

Enjoying a quiet yet central location, the Hotel Garni Testa Grigia is surrounded by many shops, boutiques and restaurants. A pharmacy can be found in the hotel. Beautiful hotel, very large comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, amazing views, perfect location near train station, restaurants, shops, ski hire shops and not far to walk to the ski lift.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Beautiful hotel with good food and service. An employee met us at the trainstation to collect and bring the guests in nice electric cars. Our luggage was being brought to our room. And what a room we had, view of the top of the Matterhorn. Beautiful. The breakfast next morning was good and the shuttle service of the hotel dropped us on time at the station to go back to Täsch.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. Excellent. Highly recommend to anyone who loves the mountains. Highest quality standards in everything. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The staff speaks several languages. The view from our balcony to the north was enchanting. Mountains, goats, helicopters, paragliders, and sunrises. Quiet. No noise. Nothing disturbed our sleep. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant cheese list. Indeed, not every five-star hotel will have such quality breakfasts. Amazing heated pool, various saunas, hydromassage. Spacious, comfortable room. Cleaning every day. It is really useful to have a full mini kitchen where you can have a snack in the evening before going to bed. Central location. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and other transport links to visit all the beauties of the resort. We were enchanted. Thank you to all the staff of Arca Solebad and Spa. This is the best place in Zermatt.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Easy walk from train station to hotel. Beautifully decorated lobby, luggage storage, large breakfast selection. Room had access to a deck. Clean and comfortable. Good water pressure. Free mini spa in basement.

Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Hotel is great, staff is great . Hotel deserves 5 stars not 3 .

Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a mountain view. The place was so beautiful with magnificent view all around. The owner pay attention to detail in every little thing, even the rooms all have names.

Offering a terrace and mountain view, Malteserhaus Zermatt is set in Zermatt, 1 km from Zermatt Railway Station and 400 metres from Matterhorn Museum. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. This 3-star apartment offers private entrance. We liked having an apartment with enough space to sit at a table and have coffee. There was a small kitchen and the balcony had a good view of the Matterhorn. This was my favourite place to stay out of the 7 places we went to in Switzerland, as far as the accommodations went. Walking distance from the train station, but not nearly so busy as the more central area. It has an elevator. Sofa makes into Murphy bed.
