The staff (a special shout out to Erika and Albero sp?), location, and food were beyond expectation. Snorkeling off your own private dock, kayaking around the island in 45 minutes,wandering around the island on little sand trails (there's even a little general store for chocolate and other hotels for lunch). The food was great, I've attached some of the menu, and there are vegetarian and seafood options, as well. Dining was even better, sitting at tables overlooking the ocean, and the tropical fish swimming below you was incredible.
