Located in the heart of Larnaka city, The Rise Urban Art Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the famous Phoinikoudes Beach. It offers modernly decorated rooms and suites with free WiFi, coffee/bar lounge and an outdoor terrace. The staff was very kind and served us in the best way. Breakfast was very good and all products were fresh. Wifi was perfect. Very good location, it was 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The next time I am in Larnaca I will prefer it again...

The area is very walkable, with several restaurants nearby, including a wine and tapa bar that I liked. The beach and some key tourist attractions are nearby, including the Saint Lazarus Church and Museum of Archeology that I visited. The pool area was relaxing - there is also a bar to order drinks and food. I happened to be staying at the hotel during their 1 year opening anniversary and they invited me and other guests to join in their celebration with cake and bubbles. Everyone was very friendly.

It has a lovely pool with beach access. Would absolutely recommend and will be staying again!

High-speed WiFi is available throughout. The receptionists were very pleasant, they let us check-in earlier, because our room was ready. Close to the city center.

Located right on the famous Blue Flag Makenzie Beach in Larnaca, the family-run Island Boutique Hotel features a restaurant and snack bar. It offers air-conditioned accommodation and balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. 10/10 i recommend. The room is perfect, the view is just astonishing!! All i wanted was to watch the sea from the room. Its on its private beach. All very clean. And the ladies working there are lovely. Will be my new favourite spot.

It offers free Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms with balconies enjoying pool or inland views. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Free parking. We got two rooms with a connecting door which was excellent for our stay as a family.
