It is a very nice walk from the parking lot P1 for about 5-6 min, we enjoyed it. The stairs might be challenging for elderly or if you have some heavy baggage, for us it was just fine. We couldn't have picked a better choice for our one night in Česky Krumlov. Everyone at Areka was wonderful, the room was great - clean & comfortable bed, the view of the town from our windows was amazing and the breakfast had a variety of options. The option to park right by the accommodation was just what we were looking for during our road trip of Czechia. If we ever come back to Česky Krumlov we will definitely come back here.
