The hotel is newly build and deserves definitely much more than three stars: rooms are very well furnished, modern and very comfortable, the breakfast is just amazing, varied, generous, and with high-quality products, and the view from the breakfast terrace is extremely pleasant. The pool, while not big, is adequate to the hotel size (as the hotel has only a few rooms). We booked a room with private pool/jacuzzi on the terrace, and we loved it! Oia is reachable with a pleasant 10-15 minutes walk across the village.
