Situé à Newtown, à 5 minutes de route de Ballyvaughan et de la baie de Galway, le Waters Country House occupe un domaine agricole de plus de 16 hectares au pied des collines du Burren. The thing I liked the most was the cottage ambient there was on the walls, also the view we had of the mountains was gorgeous. The pictures truly don’t make the place justice. The owners were amazing as well, kind and friendly. We will be back for sure!

The staff were super nice and were happy to accommodate our requests. Our room was very spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was meticulously clean and smelled great.

This hotel exceeded expectations- the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and really comfortable with really lovely decor. Breakfast was great value for money fresh fruit and cereals and hot food made to order which was delicious.

We spent two nights at Rolf’s in Baltimore and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was small but charming, clean, and fully adequate for a comfortable stay. The food was outstanding — refined French-style cuisine with a subtle German touch. We started with the scallops St. Jacques and the duck liver, both rich and perfectly balanced. For mains, the venison was cooked beautifully, and the fish stew — still made by their mother — was absolutely delicious and full of tradition. What really made our stay special was the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by Frederica and Johannes, the lovely brother-sister duo running this family business. Frederica was a perfect host — gracious and attentive — while Johannes impressed us not only with his culinary skills but also with his sense of humor and passion for cooking. It’s a charming and heartfelt place, where you feel the family history and pride in every detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baltimore — both for dining and for a peaceful, authentic stay.

It is inside a locked gated area with free parking, an on site cafe, picnic tables all in the center of town. Across the street is st Mary’s church. We got a free upgrade and had a 2 story fantastic apt with laundry facilities. Hot Breakfast was the best in Ireland, made to order and one of the staff gave a talk about history, culture, magic of Dingle plus answered all questions. Self Check in was easy. Our favorite place in Ireland.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderfully convenient area in Kilronan, about a five-minute stroll from the ferry port. The entire place was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable. All of the staff was kind and helpful. I'm not really a breakfast eater, but the food was so delicious that I ate every morning I was there. I absolutely recommend staying here and I hope to return sooner than later!

Janet is absolutely wonderful, we loved this B&B and it is one of the reasons we wish to come back to Co. Cork is to stay here. Beautiful home, close to Cork and Kinsale, and the breakfast was phenomenal each morning. It set the tone for our trip around Ireland and we are so happy to have stayed here
