We forgot 1 of our luggage at the room and discovered too late when we already were on the way to our home country in EU. The staff were really nice (Olga and Silvia) helping us with packing it and shipping it to our home! It was our fault but they helped us anyway.

The staff were all really kind, and the breakfast was amazing. The view out the balcony was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were fairly large. Extraordinary value in my opinion.
