Free WiFi access is offered throughout the entire property, and staff are on site 24-hours a day to assist guests during their stay. Very helpful staff, we got advice on what to visit and where to eat as soon as we arrived. The room was quite big, especially according to japanese standards.

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar.

There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Fuji is visible on sunny days from several rooms. A TV is provided in the Queen Room. I loved everything. Amazing design, everything is clean.

The hotel was wonderful from the very first moment. We arrived by car and found organized parking right in front of the hotel. The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!
