The accommodation offers 3-star accommodation with a sauna. It is a new hotel, about 10 minutes of easy walk from the Shizuoka station. Everything was nice and clean, the room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The buffet style breakfast was delicious, most of the main food was changing every day, so I never got bored of it during my 5-day stay. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and the spa was great to unwind after a long day on foot. All in all it exceeded my expectations and I'd be happy to come back.

Reception staff were all so nice !

Among the facilities at this property are a lift and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The aparthotel has family rooms. We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

We booked for 2 nights but decided to extend for 1 more as it was in the perfect area for places we planned to visit, and again, it was just so comfy. The staff were so friendly, especially Enomoto, who helped us and was very kind. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Mie!
