The staff was very helpful and friendly and all spoke great English. The people they work with for the tours were fantastic as well (the drivers and guides). You can also pay through the hotel for a lot of services, so you don’t need to deal with as much cash, which can be annoying in Cambodia. The food was great, the cocktails were unexpectedly great too. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked well, and at least in our room the wifi was strong. The shower took a minute to warm up but that doesn’t matter.

The prices are more than fair — especially considering the warmth, attention, and authenticity you receive in return. Thanks to them, we didn’t just visit Cambodia — we lived it.
