The property is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with traditional charm. The facilities were outstanding — from the fully equipped kitchen to the peaceful outdoor spaces and refreshing pool. The views over the surrounding hills were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic escape in southern Albania.

Pictures are accurate, conditions are good, the house is well equipped. The owner of the property is an amazing person. We had a very good time during our stay, we even got a guide for local attractions from the owner. The Gjipe Canyon is a must do, starting from Gjipe Beach. I really recommend this property, the price is fair for what it offers, if not even better.

The apartment was great with a beautiful sea view from a big terrace, located in a brand-new villa. Raymonda and Musa were perfect hosts, welcoming and ready to help you at any time. There is no television, but we really didn't miss it.

The apartments are very clean. The owner met us, told us all the details. There is a cozy cafe nearby. There is also a spring within a radius of 1 km, where you can get drinking water for free. The views from the apartments are incredible, clean mountain air. There is no air conditioning in the apartments, but we went to the sea in the morning and returned in the evening, and in the evening, as the sun rises, the air cools down quickly and is not hot at all. We were very comfortable. If there is an opportunity, I would gladly come back here

This villa was absolutely amazing with all the amenities you can imagine! Before we arrive we were contacted by a staff member on Whatsapp who explained everything and gave instructions for how to get the key and how to ge all the remotes working with the building (there are a lot of remotes that handle the screens and roofs etc :D ). There's a lot of privacy there since nobody else actually has a view to the pool area or to any windows. The view to the sea is amazing! We could also hear the sea since the waves were quite big during our stay. The pool was our favourite! It's warm (seemed at least 30C). It has several jets so you can even swim against the stream. We couldn't get the working properly at first and a technician was sent quite quickly to check everything out. There's a washer/dryer and per our request washing gel was brought to us. Breakfast was served down at the beach in restaurant Paleste. We paid 15€ for 2 people. It was a choice of eggs or toast or omlette. Plus coffee or fresh juice (juice on request since we don't drink coffee) and water. Food was enough to get us full and the view from the restaurant is amazing.

Being steps from the beach was fantastic. We wish we had stayed an extra day in Himare. It was quiet and perfect for swimming. We were provided with very delicious Freddo Cappuccinos to fuel the next leg of our journey!
