Nice shelter, Nice restaurant, Nice staff ! Our kids and us enjoyed this campsite (lake, montains)

The place is excellent - pictures do not give it a justice! The flat is very spaciuos, two bedrooms, one with master bed, second with two single beds. There is a kitchen with a launge with two sofas where you can also sleep. There is a cooker, oven, fridge, electric kettle... all you need if you want to cook. All the rooms and the kitchen/launge have air conditioning! The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a washing machine (old but fully working, I used it) which is great if you travel with kids or plan a longer stay. There is a nice, spacious porch at the back of the house with sofa, armchairs and table. The hosts are lovely, friendly people who cook very well. They use local ingredients, I believe most of the vegetables were from their garden. You can order breakfasts and dinners at an extra cost. Area is beautiful and the place is located close to Permet, thermal water and the Langarica Canyon. Summarizing, the price is very low for what you get. I very much recommend!

Our one-night stay at this charming mountain apartment was nothing short of excellent. Responsiveness and Communication: From the start, the host's responsiveness was top-notch. Communicating via WhatsApp, we easily arranged a late check-in, and the option to pick up the keys from a lock box added extra convenience. Apartment Amenities: The apartment was well-equipped for a short stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the washing machine was particularly useful during our trip. The space was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and ease. Location: The location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute drive from the hot baths and the town of Permet. It’s also very close to several rafting agencies, making it perfect for adventure seekers. Additionally, there is a Bar Restaurant Alvi, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Although we didn’t have the chance to try it ourselves, it has good reviews and offers a lovely view over the Vjose River. Parking and Outdoor Space: We appreciated the dedicated parking place. The outdoor space, with comfy poufs and a stunning mountain view, was a perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast. Before we checked out in the morning, we were warmly greeted by the host's mother. She collected the payment and even gave us some delightful gifts, adding a personal touch to our stay. Overall, the combination of responsive hosting, excellent amenities, and a prime location made this apartment a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the area while enjoying a cozy and convenient home base.

Very nice and modern interior design. Many bedrooms, perfect for a big group of people. Every room has its own bathroom which has everything you need (towels, soap etc.) The owners and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Uncomplicated and easy check-in and check-out (even that we arrived very late in the night at 1:30 am). The landscape there is breathtaking and it is very quiet since you do not really have neighbours.

Great location with rear and front balcony to enjoy the views. Very clean and functional apartment. I felt at home as soon as I arrived. Whilst the property is in the countryside it's an easy 15 minute walk to the center of Permet. Good communication from the hosts. Highly recommended.

Best equipped villa I've ever stayed in - just all the creature comforts you might need. Excellent air con. Fantastic location just a few minutes drive from Permet but you feel like you're totally in the countryside.

The location was perfect. The nights we were sleeping very good and quiet. Mrs Valentina and her husband are good people. The hospitality was perfect.. The breakfast every day was made by Mrs Valentina with organic products.. The meals we ate there by Mrs Valentina hands was very tasty and yammy and the most vegetables were from their garden. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They gave a sweet fruit typical of Permet. The house had all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating, including a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Everything was very clean. The house is fantastic, with a fabulous view.

The owner was very kind. Wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony while having breakfast.
