The cottage was extremely clean. Jo went out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She is truly an amazing host. Jo in fact drove all the way to Hobart to drop off some clothes we forgot at her place. The animals at farm and surprise visitors in the evening add to the charm.

Oh what a delight Little Oak is! The setting is beautiful, the gardens so wonderfully tranquil, & the house tastefully furnished with lovely linen, comfortable beds & so many extra little touches like the fresh bread, homemade jam & beautiful flowers from the garden scattered throughout.
