Minimal aesthetic, cozy beds and couches, a relaxing bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen...right in the center of Mechelen, there is a parking across the street, which was safe and with a normal price. What a brilliant place. Clean and modern two storey accommodation tucked away down a quiet side street but within easy walking distance of the town centre and railway station. I mention the station because Mechelen is located midway between Antwerp and Brussels and both are just a 30 minute train journey away making Mechelen the ideal place to stay and explore this party of Belgium. Mechelen itself is a wonderful place with some great restaurants and bars and, of course, wonderful beer. All in all, highly recommended.
