Villas in Sofia

This is a great villa. The host were great.Very helpful and kind.The location is perfect and the interior,including the rooms are well decorated and comfortable.It is well staffed and they provide an excellent service.I will recomend this villa.

The apartment is lovely. And the host Martin is amazing. I’m going to outline a few things I wanted information on when I checked the reviews. The property is set within buildings but has secured gated parking. I arrived in a vehicle that I can only describe as a small tank. So the streets and parking were narrow. My car didn’t fit in the designated spot so Martin promptly arranged with the neighbour so that I could use their spot, which was a huge help. The apartment is cost and tidy with all amenities you could need including cooking utensils, washer, oven stove and everything else. Washing up products were provided. There is a Lidl and the local Bills supermarket within 15 minutes walk and easily accessible by foot or car. Lidl is maybe a 5 minute walk not far at all. Groceries are cheap and the staff understand enough English to make it a stress free shop. I would recommend downloading the google app if you don’t speak the language, that lets you translate from photos to easily see what products are. The area is full of historical landmarks and museums. Martin provided a very comprehensive guide to the area which gave us some great site seeing experiences. He goes above and beyond to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. There are some lovely caves and national parks within a few hours drive of the city. The building behind is being renovated but the apartment is fully soundproof so I didn’t even notice the noise until I got to the car so don’t let this dishearten you, the apartment is definitely worth it. There are plenty of malls in the area for shopping and most contain bowling and other activities. The bathroom is a full wet room which is great if you come back muddy from waking as you can take your shoes off at the door and pop straight into the shower room. The apartment is accessible via a dead lock code system and you need a fob (provided) to enter the building so it is all very secure.

It’s our second time renting this property and were were very happy! The property was very clean, the house has everything needed for you to feel at home, the water in the pool was crystal clear had the perfect temperature for the weather. There are different places to relax while the kids have different activities around. Will definitely rent it again. ☺️

Impressive attention of the host. Attention to all details like check-in photos and small hints about cafes and shops. The apartment is silent even in the heart of all events. The location is great and the apartment is clean and modern. Highly recommend!

It is equipped with ALL you need. It is very clean and comfortable. Sveta, the owner, is very kind and warm man who is always there to help you with anything.
