Thank you very much to Vasilis for a very wonderful time holiday in his marvelous house !!! The house is located a minute's walk from the sea and the beach. There is a small shop at the entrance to the territory. The house is located close to the cafes and restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed spending my vacation with my family in this house

I recently stayed at this wonderful property that exceeded all of my expectations. The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location of the property was ideal, only 10 minutes away from the city centre which was convenient for exploring and trying out the local cuisine. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, making sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating the hosts were when we arrived at an ungodly hour. They had gone out of their way to pick up food and drinks for us, which was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Additionally, the hosts also arranged for a reliable taxi contact for our airport pick-up, which was very helpful and gave us peace of mind during our travels. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place to stay with helpful and responsive hosts.

I had an amazing stay at this beautifully beach house! Location it’s amazing. Many restaurants around. The property is spacious.Common swimming pool it’s quite. Not many persons around. All houses near by are quite so You can really relax. 3 well- bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (plus an extra toilet), there was plenty of room for me and so comfortable for families. One of the highlights was the terrace - ideal for morning coffee with sea views or evening drinks with a sea view. The location couldn't be better - just steps from the beach, yet quiet and peaceful.Highly recommended for families or friends.

The place is very cozy and welcoming. Wonderful option if you are travelling as a group of friends. Also wonderful option if you want to live where locals live. Elena is definitely an exceptional host. Just for an example, we had a water pressure issue in one of the showers. We reported to Elena and she took care of the issue on the same day, even though it was Sunday! Wow. On a side notice, she is a very, very pleasant lady, she stayed up until 4 AM, because our flight was delayed. Made sure we checked in and only then went to sleep. The place itself had everything we needed: towels, kitchen stuff, etc. If you're not sure about anything - just contact her beforehand, she is super-responsive.     We enjoyed everything. Some of us found the beds a bit hard, but not all of us. It wasn't a big problem. We received quick help when we had questions and a very pleasant reception/good service from our host. High class in everything. We are very satisfied and happily recommend the villa to others.

    The property was so clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The villa was a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but located on a peaceful street.

    Karythia is beautiful, we have nothing bad to say! The villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing g holiday and Janice is a very responsive and welcoming host. Shops, restaurants etc within easy walking distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

    Lovely villa with great facilities in a good location! We loved our stay so much that we have rebooked for next year! Janice and Stewart were great hosts and have included some lovely finishing touches. Great communication always available if we had any questions or needed recommendations for places to eat etc. We are really looking forward to returning in 2024!
