    A truly fabulous stay at this villa, host was very responsive and friendly waited for us at the villa on a late flight, came to direct us to the villa and showed us where everything was ! Well equipped fabulous pool and everything you need for a comfortable holiday absolutely perfect

    Great villa in a great village, close to a great market and very beautiful villages as well. The villa got everything you need and it’s very clean, and comfortable. Great garden and views.

    Truly one of the best places, we have ever stayed. The house is very clean but also we could find anything we needed from salt and honey to washing machine and detergent. Marinos (the host) somehow managed to make his place feel really like home. You have everything what you need during your stay, everything is well thought through. The location is also very good, we have explored little villages around, many UNESCO heritage sites in just minutes of drive. Many hikes, rivers, water falls. Highly recommended!

    Everything was just perfect. There are enough reviews for Roses Villa - all of them are true. The house is just amazing, well-built, everything works. Simply nothing to complain about. The road to village is very picturesque (10 mins for supermarket, bakery, fruit market). We had a great time and would definitely come back again. 15 mins drive to trails to local waterfalls. BTW, we enjoyed Kaledonia waterfall the most.

    Amazing villa! It has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The owner even provided us with a high chair and playpen/crib for the baby. The villa is bigger than you can imagine by photos, it's really spacious. The pool is great and the roses garden is really beautiful. There is a brunch cafe, pharmacy, shop and market not far away from the villa. While the house itself is situated in a very quiet area, the sunsets are heartwarming. Definitely recommend for a trip with family and children.

    Exceptional villa. Extremely clean and very well stocked. Amazing vistas. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We could not have hoped for anything more. This was our third visit and we hope to stay there again in the future.

    EASY TO FIND AND VERY QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. POOL WAS KEPT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. CLEAN AND SPACIOUS VILLA WITH A SUPERMARKET A FEW METRES AWAY AND ALSO CLOSE TO SOME VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS. IRINA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TRIED HER BEST TO ACCOMODATE US WITH ALL OUR REQUESTS AND ANSWERED PROMPTLY OUR QUERIES.

    We were amazed by the size and location of roses villa. It feels very secluded, but isn't far out of the town. The kitchen had everything we needed and the supermarket wasn't far away. Check in was easy and Marinos was lovely and helpful. The villa is very spacious and the view is fabulous. The roses in the garden also smell divine. I can't recommend this strongly enough if you want a few days in the mountains. Getting to troodos and surrounding towns was only a short drive.
