A lovely quiet place to stay yet only just over 1km from the centre of town. Exceptionally clean and comfortable modern holiday home with every need catered for. Very comfortable bed and bathroom has a good shower. The property is light and airy with doors into the beautiful garden from the lounge and bedroom. Nice outdoor furniture to eat and relax outdoors. Excellent value and highly recommend.

Amazing house, which made our vacation perfect. The house is actually bigger and nicer than it looks on the pictures. It’s huge - we were a family of five and had plenty of space. There are two big bathrooms. A nice kitchen with everything you need, a dining room and a living room on the first floor, two bedrooms and a common room (with an additional bed) on the second floor. A bonus is a beautiful garden. Schwaan is a small, picturesque city. It only takes 25-30 min by car to get to Rostock, its port and all the attractions it has to offer. It’s totally worth staying here rather than in central Rostock if you have a car. The owner is very attentive and responsive, she answered emails fast. It was easy to get the keys upon late arrival. If we come back to this area, we will surely rent this house again. Highly recommended!
