Amazing views day and night, the villa is perfectly located on a hill. The pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi is perfect. The owner, at our request, bought some sunbeds and now there are 6 of them in total. The villa is well equipped. Very clean. In total, 5 bathrooms. Air conditioning in the living room too weak. Apparently it will be replaced. For us it was not a problem, it was great.The downstairs is not connected to the upstairs. It has a separate entrance by the pool.I highly recommend it. This is a unique place.

Beautiful cozy house with little yard and BBQ zone. Great kitchen with everything, including coffee machine) Pet friendly. We had everything for the perfect vacation. If you have the car, you can visit the new beach every day, it takes no more than 5-15 minutes driving. Or you can walk 15 minutes to Llobella beach and 20 minutes to Advocat. If you like hiking - it is perfect to drive to Ifac mountain for sunrise. Thank you!

Perfect location, the beach is just a few steps down and the area is amazing. The house is big with beautiful views and many lounge areas and balconies. The pool is large and gorgeous with cactuses and palm trees, outside showers, bathrooms and kitchen w/bbq and fridge. Gym. Beds are comfy. Jose was a great host, was very quick to respond and left us a nice welcome snack, water and wine. Supermarket close by and nice bar/restaurant with great food down by beach.

    Absolutely gorgeous, spacious and luxurious. we loved spending time outside by the pool, in the pool and by the terrace. The kitchen was perfect, the atmosphere inviting and the entire villa was welcoming. The garden was a joy and the bbq area was also a great addition. the location is great as both directions there are plenty of towns and beaches to reach within 20mins. Staff at Villas Holidays were very helpful, polite, quick to answer any questions and have been there from the time of booking until check out.

    Beautiful large villa in a great position close to Moraira. Easy walk into the town past the marina. Check in and out by Almarina villas smooth and very easy even though we were arriving late evening. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Many thanks.

    Amazing holiday villa! Very clean, modern, bright, cozy!!! Nice location, close to the sea and bar. On our arrival we were surprised with a bottle of vine, beer and sweets. Thank you very much Sven and Noelle for your kindness and hospitality.
