We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Noa. We were pleasantly impressed by Maggie’s hospitality. She treated us very well and served us a healthy breakfast made out of home grown ingredients. That would be a good thing to know for people travelling with kids. We’d like to point out a few things we found to be quite amazing: large clean territory with numerous cozy details in the interior which shows how Maggie embraces the work she does. Clean room, large super comfy bed. My girlfriend said she slept like on a softy cloud. Large safe closed parking. Short drive to the beach. Open kitchen supplied with open grill on premises for those who like cookouts.

A beautiful property inside and out - the photos really don’t do it justice. Beautiful clean pool and very pretty gardens. Plenty of space to relax as a group or separately. Great WiFi and the Sonos system was a bonus. Equipped and decorated to a very high standard. Had the feel of a happy home rather than just a villa rental. Great communication with both the villa owner and local property managers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect! We had the most amazing stay at this villa! The location was stunning – peaceful, scenic, and close to everything we needed. The pool was spotless and such a luxury to have all to ourselves — we spent hours relaxing and soaking up the sun. Inside, the villa was beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need — stylish, comfortable, and super clean. What really made the experience extra special was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly, highly recommend — we’re already dreaming of coming back!

This is a gorgeous house located in an ideal location right in the heart of Denia. When you walk out the door, you are on the best street for authentic Spanish tapas in beautiful restaurants. Ample space throughout the house. Good air conditioning throughout. The shower was good. Separate fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Beautiful little courtyard. The property was quite shaded, which was ideal to get a quick break from the sun when needed. It's a really stunningly beautiful property.

We were quite sad to leave La Duna after 2 weeks as we had had a lovely time, helped by the blue skies and lovely weather. La Duna is a lovely property, plenty of space, although there were only two of us. The villa is very clean and looks like it has been recently refurbished with nice modern bathrooms and freshly painted walls. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool and garden were very nice with plenty of mature trees and lots of places around the garden to sit and enjoy the sun. We travelled with two dogs and the garden was completely secure for them. The area is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach. For dog owners the beach can be used by dogs from October to 1st June. There are five or six restaurants about 5 mins from the house and Aldi about 10 mins away or a 20 minute walk into town. Mar was easy to communicate with, we used a mix of English and Spanish, we had a problem with the wifi and she sorted it out quickly. We had a lovely time here and will try and revisit next year

    Villa position was superb. The pool/ terrace kitchen made the outdoor spaces that much more usable. The pool was lovely, and views of the med made the location. The upstairs bedroom terrace a joy first thing in the morning- you can hear the sea against the rocks! It was early season so quiet location, that may not be the case in August when surrounding villas in use.

    Mark & Christine of Javea Villas were exceptionally hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt looked after during our stay. The villa was lovely and very private with all the amenities one could require, we would have no hesitation in selecting one of Javea Villa properties again.
