Mainly, I loved the serenity and the solitude of the location. The property was finished to a very high standard, including decoration and comfort and the underfloor heating. Swimming in the sea each morning, and then returning to this toasty cabin was pure heaven. A rare find!

Our stay in the Faroe Islands was unforgettable, mostly thanks to this accommodation. The house is truly homely, authentic and perfectly integrated into the surroundings – we felt like part of the local story. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring the island and enjoying the peace and nature. Everything was tidy, warm and comfortable, and the hosts were extremely hospitable and ready to help with advice on excursions and local experiences. The house seems small, but inside is absolutely perfect, cosy and spacious - kitchen, and very nice living room in the ground floor, two bedrooms and bathroom in the first floor. Clean bedwash and all spaces. When is cold day and rain (on Faroe islands it can be every day:-)), heating is shortly in process. The house is in central position - few metres from bus station, ferry and supermarket. View to the harbor. Easy communication with helpful owner - thank you Jan and your mother.

The location could not be equaled, stunning views and absolute tranquility after all the visitors have left. Well equipped and very homely and all details covered in arrival communications and host very helpful. A great cafe too just across from the house entrance.

Absolutely wonderful house! Communication with Anette was very smooth, instructions are clear and she also provided us some additional information about what we can do in the islands. House is well equipped, there is absolutely everything you need for a stay (even a long one: washing machine and dryer for example, which you can use and there was also washing powder). There was a dishwasher and tablets provided, which is veeeery useful if its rented for a big family group/friends. Many dishes, even thermocups. You can watch netflix on a TV. Location was fabulous for us, such a quite escape from our daily busy city routines. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay and I can't recommend this place enough! 🫶🏻❤️ Its such a gem, hope to visit again. Thank you, Anette.

Everything, especially the peaceful location on the marina, and large open living spaces - perfect for travel with family. If you have a car and enjoy being away from busy hubs this place is perfect. It is centrally located amongst the islands with easy access to all the sights. A bonus is the supermarket, liquor store and petrol station nearby.
