When you book smth for 25 lari (10 dollars), you don't expect that much. So I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Magdan guesthouse. It is located in a quite place not far from the centre. The view from the terrace is amazing. The room is pretty convinient, it even has some space to make the morning exercises. And it has its own bathroom. The only point was that it was impossible to open the window, but the fan makes its work, so it is not hot in the room. So it is a nice place, and I recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at one of the Lima cottages. What I usually pay attention to is the attention to detail, and this cottage was a nice surprise. Small touches like enough shower gel and shampoo for a family of seven, fresh towels, slippers, and toothbrushes really added to the overall impression. The space was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Again, I was impressed by the little details, like the blankets, pillows, multiple outdoor seating options, lighting, and Christmas decorations, which made the space feel cozy and festive during our Christmas stay. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The view of the forest was beautiful and added to the experience. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Mate the host was amazing, he was very kind and always trying to help. The cottage is beautiful, beds are comfortable and they can pick you up at the airport. There’s a nice restaurant 10 minute walk to the left with stunning Mountain View’s if you eat in the terrace. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent accommodation in Kutaisi. Very well located. The room is beautiful in Georgian Architectural style. Has good space outside (balcony on ground floor) and big garden to relax and drink Georgian wine. The family host is kind and amazing people. Our best stay in Georgia and will definitely return!

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected.
