The hilltop location was stunning! In every direction! It was a peaceful, beautiful oasis of calm. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. The owners were so attentive when we complained about the "not like" below.

Villa Khaki is incredible confortable object. It was very hard to leave it and continue our adventure. We could without any doubts spend there a whole week. There was plenty of everything, comfortable beds, air conditioning in the rooms, large spaces, plenty of space in the wardrobes, hangers, there were even paper towels and packages of cookies in the kitchen and all the necessary things. Two refrigerators, each full of water. Beautiful, quiet surroundings among greenery and cicadas

Location and views are very good. Very nice walks outside among olive groves. There is no habitation for at least 500m in all directions. Dining choices are very limited but you can always drive out. Unlimited parking facilities. The owner Costa will engage you and you can hear detailed expositions on the economic crisis in rural Greece.

The host is super, we brought our dog with us and she actually left him treats and toys. What a lovely lady, nothing too much trouble. The accommodation is well equipped and clean, the beds very comfortable. Parking is not possible outside the house but it’s only a short walk from the street next door so no problem. You can walk across the road to the sea.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming home in Nafplio and truly didn’t want to leave! The private pool was such a highlight—we spent our days swimming and lounging around it, savoring the peaceful environment and the sun. It was the perfect spot for relaxation, and we hardly needed to venture out, though the town was conveniently close by for those times we wanted to explore. We were planning on a few beach days at Karathona Beach but just didn't feel like venturing out when we had the pool all to ourselves! The outdoor projector was a fun bonus; watching movies under the stars was a highlight of our evenings. The house itself was really comfortable, with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, which gave everyone plenty of room. The full kitchen was handy for cooking, though it could use a bit of an update, but the owner mentioned renovations are coming this winter, so that’s exciting! Plus, it’s not far from the town, so exploring was easy when we wanted to. We did have a car to get to town, as it is a bit too far to walk in the heat. We also ordered in and it was easy for volt (like uber eats) to find us! All in all, it was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We loved every minute and would definitely recommend it! Niko & his mom were helpful with any questions we had! We have found our new home away from home when visiting the family in Nafplio!!

Warm and welcoming hosts. Well situated property for visiting various sites and enjoying the peace and quiet of the mountains. A traditional property (see photos) which felt more authentic than some of the modern properties we stayed in whilst we were in Greece. Sliding doors separate two of the bedrooms - both of these bedrooms have double beds and there is also a smaller Z bed type bed in one of the rooms. There is an additional bedroom with a double bed in it. All rooms open out to a balcony that goes the whole way round the property. The property is situated in an area of orange groves - the children were able to pick an orange to eat which they enjoyed. There are lots of birds and you can walk into the mountains from the property (and visit a church in the cliff tops). There are a few other houses nearby in a small village. People were very friendly.
