Very large, private and nice looking house, excellent Wi-Fi, everything very well taken care of, including how the beds were made. Very large and comfortable shower. The lady who welcomed us was really kind and very willing to explain everything about the apartment. A very friendly and pleasant person. Quiet apartment, with two bedrooms and a beautiful garden outside. Big and comfortable beds. Private parking very close to the house. Due to a small misunderstanding (which was our fault), the lady and her son were extremely kind and gave us a gift to apologise. So kind! But there was nothing to apologise for, as the mistake was ours and not the owner’s!

The location is perfect! It’s situated on the main strip in Monodendri, close to numerous restaurants and right across from the sea. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony and watching people walk by or watching the sunset - perfect! The maisonette has 3 beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets, 2 balconies, plenty of storage space and it’s very spacious. There’s lots of room for everyone. There’s also a cot and a bed-sofa if needed. There is also a parking spot which is so important as it’s very hard to find one on the street in summer. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure and temperature was perfect. The kitchen has many gadgets. We had fresh clean towels and bedsheets. Mr Nikos was always very responsive to my questions - before and during our stay - and he was always happy to help and make our holiday as comfortable as possible.

we had an amazing vaction. the house is great for families and couples. the house is clean and well maintained. the swiming pool is amazing and great for night swims as well. the garden around the pool is super maintained and fun to hang arround. Yanis the owner is very helpful and kind. we recived olive oil, eggs and lemons from his garden on arrival. we will definitely come back.

This post does not allege misrepresentation, but rather aims to clear up some glaring omissions. The house is nice, spacious and very clean. The decor is quirky at best, and it looks like it relied heavily on donations from grandma and auntie. The graden is beautiful and well-tended, it has a bunch of herbs, lemons and figs.

The reception was filled with unexpected emotions, not particularly positive. Despite the timing of our arrival we specified, no one was waiting for us at the house. A voicemail with information in Greek was activated on the phone specified in the reservation. We had to bother the neighbors to call a representative of the host /an acquaintance of his, not himself!/ to open the house for us and "take us into possession". The second bathroom with toilet turned out to be adjacent to one of the 4 bedrooms, with a separate entrance just for them. It turned out that there was a construction problem in the bedroom in question, which the host did not fix, but decided that he could lock them and thus solve the problem. This of course turned out to be a huge obstacle for us, a group of 7, with a 4 night stay in. The second bathroom with a toilet was extremely necessary. I would like to mention that there was a month from the day of booking until our arrival. After our insistence, the host's representative cleaned and provided us with the second bathroom and toilet the next day. The bedrooms are listed as 5 but are actually 4 plus two sofa beds that do not extend. Otherwise, the yard is wonderful - with a barbecue and the location of the house is incredibly close to a gorgeous beach. In conclusion, I would recommend hosts to be more demanding about the services they offer, providing their guests with what they described in the offer. Apart from the aforementioned mishaps at the reception, everything else was wonderful.
