A cute, quiet apartment amongst the fields and farmland near to Mantamados. Comfortable and convenient with easy parking. Very close to Pedi beach (lovely fish restaurant Kimini) in one direction and the other direction to Aspropotamos for Yalo-Yalo beach bar and tavernas. Every year we visit the monastery in Mantamados, and the fantastic bakery in the village, but this was our first time staying in this location..and we so happy there we will be back soon.

Amazing place with most welcoming hosts. Mrs. Maria and her husband helped us have an unforgettable holiday. The House is beautiful and well maintained, the beds very comfortable, the view from the entire property breathtaking and the swimming pool is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. It looks even nicer then on the pictures. Molyvos is (for us) the most beautiful place in Lesbos and Lampetos Houses is the perfect place to stay. Thank you Maria ones again for everything and I hope to see you again soon! ❤️

We spent a week in beautiful Molyvos and feel incredibly lucky to have stayed at Villa 1868. This accommodation is absolutely stunning - spacious, serene, and beautifully appointed, with a large private courtyard and a terrace with breathtaking views across the valley. The location is truly heaven. Just a 5-minute stroll to the local shops and about 10 minutes to the beach and tavernas, all via charming cobbled lanes surrounded by traditional architecture that adds to the magic of the experience. Inside, the accommodation is beautifully designed and immaculately clean. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and both bedrooms are incredibly comfortable. The hosts converted one room into two singles to suit our teenage daughters, nothing was too much trouble. The hosts struck the perfect balance, completely respectful of our privacy, yet always just a message away if we had a question or needed anything at all. To that end, all our transport was arranged through them, which made our stay even more effortless. We were also welcomed with a generous selection of local treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. Villa 1868 is the kind of place where you can unwind completely. Whether we were exploring the coast, wandering the shops, or dining out, it was always a joy to return and relax in such a peaceful and beautiful space. Honestly, the hardest decision each day was whether to go out or just stay in and soak it all up. This place truly won’t disappoint!

    Wow and I mean wow. This house is superbly furnished and beautifully situated. Very luxurious for such a reasonable price. Right in the centre of the village and after parking the car below the house, we walked everywhere. The weather and the view were amazing. Definitely coming back during my next trip to Greece.
