Lovely, helpful, friendly hosts, who try their best for their customers. From this town we went to Pachnes, the room had not been reserved on the climbing days. The hosts offered to leave our bags when we returned, the room was cleaned and we stayed another night. We recommend it to everyone who wants to admire the incredibly beautiful view of the mountains and feel the peace of this town. It has no shops or attractions. But it has three pubs and a road through valleys and mountains towards Pachnes. The bar, which is located to the right of the town statue, is staffed by a very friendly bar owner, who also cooks delicious food. If you decide to enjoy nature and stay in these apartments, visit this Cretan bar

Very nice villa in a great location: top of the mountain in the lovely village of Lákkoi. The views are stunning, mountain air is refreshing, and the balcony is a great place for a morning coffee or evening drink. Sofia is very kind, and is there to make sure your stay is comfortable. We strolled around the village and enjoyed one of the three tavernas. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the other two. The people were very friendly.

The villa is just wonderful. We loved the spaciousness, it’s fully equipped and feels like a home. The beautiful lush flowering garden and the big pool and the spacious area around it with the view of the ocean made it a true oasis to rest & relax, wind down, and breathe. We ended up spending more time at the villa than exporing the surroundings, because it was just so perfect and tranquil. The hikes around, near and far, and Paleochora and the three beaches are also great, though. And the staff was very welcoming and lovely people. There are 5 bedrooms, would be an amazing place for a getaway with good friends or family.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Maria was very kind host, always willing to help but still we got enough privacy. We really appreciated the private pool. The fresh fruit from the garden and especially home made olive oil was delicious! We had high expectations but still those were exceeded

Breakfast was not included as it was a self catering villa, but the hugely generous and helpful welcome pack was a fantastic and unexpected bonus after a long days travel. We had lunch and dinner at the Sonio Resturant where Stathis, who owns the Villa, and his family were fantastic hosts and the meals and drinks were delicious and excellent value for money.

The villa was a beautiful and tranquil retreat nestled in a small village surrounded by orange groves. The children had a fantastic time in the swimming pool, and the garden was filled with vibrant lemon trees. The flickering flames of the pizza oven created a cozy atmosphere as the evening grew darker. We also enjoyed leisurely walks around the nearby lake, which offered excellent walking trails. Additionally, the view from the slopes of the neighboring fruit orchard overlooking the valley was absolutely stunning. Overall, our stay at the villa was a delightful experience, combining natural beauty, a serene atmosphere, and enjoyable amenities.

Everything was perfect. The hosts waited for us, they presented the home and also gave us a warm welcome. They even had local goodies for us to enter the Cretan spirit :). Something else that I consider very nice about them was the thing that they helped us with some great restaurants that were in the area and they also recommended some beautiful beaches. During our stay, they always message us to make sure that we have anything we need and they were always ready to help. Overall it was a great place to stay in with some great people who take care of everything. Clearly would come again!
