New, spacious, beautiful villas just a 3 minute walk from the beach. We originally had booked another hotel on Gili Air, but after one night decided to change due to noise from construction and rusty water filling the bath. Ari and his team welcomed us and had our villa ready within 30 minutes of booking. When staying on remote islands with limited infrastructure, I have found you typically have to temper expectations just a little, but this was not the case at Lasai. We were in villa 1, an absolutely beautiful room with cold AC, sparkling pool, soft and comfortable mattress, and plenty of hot water for a nice relaxing bath. The photos on the website don’t do it justice! Very well insulated so you can’t hear the Muslim prayers at 0400, and light blocking shades ensured a restful sleep. Daily breakfast was served in the villa and a filtered water cooler made our stay extra comfortable, and the mini bar had great wine and other soft drinks. No request was too much trouble and they always replied quickly via WhatsApp. Another review mentioned the ‘delicate’ robes. I wore the robe daily, it was SO comfy and soft, and very well made. This place will forever be our go-to on Gili Air!

We loved our stay here! It felt like we had our own little piece of paradise on the island! The breakfast was decent. The location was convenient and the cottage was very cute and quaint. They provided so much from chairs, hammocks, beach towels, etc. We will definitely come back!

Our stay was the best! Everything you could possibly need on the island is provided (e.g. snorkeling gear, bicycles…). The villa is clean and looks great! You immediately get a comfortable feeling there. The breakfast is also very good and the staff was super nice and helpful with anything! I can really recommend this place. Also they had really good restaurant recommendations which we followed every day. The bed was comfortable and clean, you could even choose between a hard or soft pillow.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained — everything is spotless and beautifully cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Bali, this has been the best experience by far. We had an incredible stay here! The villas are beautiful with an indoor/outdoor concept and a private pool. Breakfast is delicious and delivered every morning at a preselected time either inside or to enjoy by the pool. The house is clean, comfortable, and spacious and the villa feels private. Great, quiet location, within easy walking distance of anywhere you'd like to go on the island: beach, restaurants, you name it. Most of all, the staff here are incredibly kind and generous. They were wonderful to talk to, gave us great recommendations, and were extremely helpful in every way. My only sadness is that we weren't able to stay longer: I'm already dreaming of returning! If you get a chance to stay here, do it!
