A beautiful country base to explore sligo, with beautiful views of the mountains. The property is conviently located near the main routes to the north west and not disturbed by traffic .The facilities are excellent for self catering and the hosts who live next door are very helpful in a charming way.There is a nice ambience here and we will be returning.

There was everything that we needed and more. The hosts were so kind leaving us some goodies to keep us going and having spare toiletries etc incase you didn’t have it. The lodge was so cosy with extra throws, dressing gowns etc.

Amazing so clean , attention to detail in the whole house , bread and refreshments left out for us was really appreciated. Eggs, sausages and bacon and black pudding and beans were left in the fridge for us. Very good Irish quality. Nice Irish soda bread and milk too. Very quiet and restful house. Host had thought of anything we might need -anything from sewing kit, soap to shoe polish to info on the area, taxi nos etc. It was good to meet him too when he showed us the house on arrival.
