Except one little difficulty (would be worth adding, that there is a closed gate if you arrive late :)), my expectations were perfectly met. A very nice host, a great, quiet, safe location, facilities just as ok as we expected (not the newest stuff, but perfectly usable) - perfect stay. A simple, but ok breakfast (with coffee, milk and small pre-packaged cakes).
