It was really clean :) Host was really friendly, available online, and was quite supportive to answer questions in very short time. Check in via key box and code Apartment is new, well equipped and clean It has a nice view There were snacks, cookies, coffee, shampoo available in the apartment (not typical in Italy) Parking lot less than 10 meters from apartment No staircase (plus point if you travel with senior people) It has twin bed and the Sofa bed was also large and comfortable.

Owners were excellent and helped us at every turn if we needed something. Ballarate/Leggiuno has many little churches that are minutes away, and the house is very close to Laveno and Varese for shopping/tourism/lake fun.

Spacious, really well equipped, lots of surface space and storage. We knew there was no AC when we booked and the house remained reasonably cool even in 38 degrees. The outside seating area is a sun trap in the morning and shaded in the afternoon/evening. The location is as expected, a ten minute drive to the town, 4 minute drive to a supermarket. It's actually a ten minute drive to everything including a dog friendly beach (quite small but still great to have access). Parking is on street but we always managed to get a space. A car is needed for this location. Hosts were very welcoming.

Amazing hosts with a friendly and welcoming attitude. The location was perfect for us. Plenty of toys for our child to play with and loads of space for him to run around. If you are looking for a private and comfortable stay, this is a great place.
