The location was absolutely so serene and beautiful ❤️ The property was surrounded by tall trees and the lake that made it so lovely to have your morning coffe on the balcony. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. So worth the price you pay and the property is well maintained.

We stayed there two days, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and new. Kumar, the owner, treated us as guests not as customers. He took us with his car to local restaurants and shops. Finally he drive us to airport at 1.00am at a low price. Thank you for all.

The hotel is just lovely: quiet place, everything is clean, big rooms with AC and fan, good pillows, hot water, TV and a pool, good wifi. We had a long flight, so it was perfect place to stay and have rest. We had very beautiful room on the 1st floor with a little garden. The hotel is not big, so you can feel privacy: I think only our family used the pool)) Very good kitchen, tasty breakfast and other menu. I would like to say thank you to the staff: they helped us with all the questions we had, starting from the taxi and sightseeing to the help with doctor. I definitely would recommend this place and will come again when visiting Colombo

I had a wonderful stay at Vistra Home! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The caretaker was especially kind and helpful, making sure everything we needed was taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Green Retreat Hideout. From the moment we arrived, it just felt right — quiet, spotless, and full of warmth. The place has this calm, homely feel that’s hard to come by, and it made us feel relaxed straight away. The standout? Definitely the privacy. It’s tucked away on its own bit of land, so there’s no one around — just you, the fresh air, and the peace. That sense of space made the whole experience feel extra special. You’re close enough to everything, but it still feels like your own little world. Every detail was spot on — from the comfy setup to the thoughtful touches that showed real care. You can tell it’s been put together with love, not just for looks but for actual comfort. Honestly, it was one of those rare places that actually feels better than the photos. Beautiful place with front garden and with lots of Bird's and Bird's sounds..and full privacy To simply "sit and enjoy the flora and fauna" in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte Then go to this, about 50 years old parental Haus, with lots of special characters..go and discover.. More than all very trustworthy And very helpful couple When I am back in Colombo, i am sure I will be here again...

Stayed at Green Palace with my elderly parents for a week. It was a beautiful experience. Maleeka and the team was very friendly and helpful. We felt like we were at our own home 🏡 A very secure place to stay for anyone. Maleeka took every effort to keep us happy and comfortable. Her priority was not the money but to make us comfortable. “No” and “can’t “ were not in their vocabulary. Maleeka was kind enough to give us delicious and home made meals on our request. She went out of the way to find food items that we liked. Highly recommend for anyone visiting SL 😊

Our stay at Colombo VIlla was the perfect start to our time here in Sri Lanka. Despite our very late arrival from an international flight, we were warmly greeted at the front door and we slept so well in the super comfortable bed. The staff are very considerate and can't do enough to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is delicious and extensive, and they kindly catered for my plant based dietary needs. At the end of each hot day, the very clean pool was a treat to return to and refresh before dinner at a locally recommended restaurant. There is plenty of hot water and good shower pressure, very effective wi-fi connection in our room and they provided fantastic suggestions for getting to know the city. Most areas are walkable, if you don't mind the heat, or short tuktuk rides away. We are staying again on our departure from Sri lanka, and are very much looking forward to returning to Colombo Villa.
