The beautiful interior was outstanding, all brand new and we liked the Rituals😊. A beautiful view over the lake and there are wild animals, do not forget your binoculars. We liked the quiet atmosphere and the chickens as our neighbors.

Are you seeking a cozy and comfortable retreat in a tranquil rural setting? This place is an absolute gem. The house is situated in an idyllic agricultural landscape, with sheep grazing on the other side of the gravel road. It’s tastefully furnished with all the essentials. I arrived by bus from Uddevalla, and the owner generously offered to pick me up from the local grocery store after I had finished shopping for the weekend stay. The host was warm and welcoming. The morning after my arrival she even asked me to join her for a ride to Lysekil (the nearest town, approx. 15 min by car), where she had an errand to run. Although I didn't have a car myself, and was primarily there to unwind for the weekend, I still found delight in a long stroll along a maintained and marked path that skirts a nearby fjord. The property is conveniently located near the coastal archipelago, and the various sightseeing opportunities of the inland area should also be easily reached by car (I believe there are some fascinating petroglyphs just a short distance away).
