Solveig is very friendly. The house is really big, quiet and clean. It’s beautiful, very well equipped (kitchen, wasmachine, clothesline,bbq, dishwasher) and very private. We even saw a deer and cranes (birds!) in the garden 😍 (Second and Fourth picture is area, not the house! First picture is the garden 😍)

Upon arrival, I was told that because of a technical problem in the Frigge cottage, I would be staying in the bigger cottage, which was clean, functional and spacious. A very nice place in wonderful surroundings.

A hidden gem, we did not expect to find. The welcome was warm and friendly. The cottage is a bit older, but very cosy and nicely equipped. The decorations are thoroughly chosen, the bed is super comfortable and the small kitchen has all you need. We loved the Sauna And with all the animals around it was an amazing short stay for us.

This is the third stay in this house and again it was excellent. The location is unbeatable, very quiet and beautiful, overlooking the sea and surrounded by a nature reserve. The garden of the house can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The house is very bright and pleasant and very well equipped with everything you need. The bedroom has large windows with views of the countryside and the sea.

Söderköping is small, so it would be hard to find local accommodation that isn’t near everything else, but here you are, right in the historical quarter with two mediaeval churches less than a hundred metres away; history has turned the house into part fairground funhouse—no straight angles anywhere, so you feel slightly seasick walking across the floor, and you have to carefully hold on to the bannister lest you fall over in the stairs, but the top floor veranda is top notch, the patio is perfect for having lunch in the sun and the bath/washing room has all mod cons. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seems perfectly adequate. Even though the E22 is just some hundred metres away, this is a calm and quiet area.
