This place is absolutely perfect for a group vacation! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the house itself is stunning, with a beautiful veranda where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfasts were simply incredible—honestly, the best I’ve ever had! Fresh, delicious, and made with so much care, they truly set the tone for a great day. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable, making us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. And let me not forget to mention their wonderful dogs—so friendly and delightful, they added an extra touch of joy to our stay. If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful place to stay with friends, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

This villa had a great open plan and plenty of beds. The outdoor dining by the pool was excellent. As the location was a little remote from shops etc (peaceful) our hosts delivered everything we needed for our stay.

Hamilton House was a lovely, peaceful base for exploring the area. Two of the three rooms had their own bathroom, which worked well for us. I was travelling with my service dog, but the place is also pet-friendly. The house is set back from the main road, and it felt calm and quiet. The view of the temple in the hills at sunset was beautiful, and the outdoor terrace was a great place to relax. The weather was much milder than in Bangkok or Chiang Mai, which was a big plus for me. One of the unexpected highlights was the group of local street dogs — they were gentle and very respectful of the boundaries my dog and I set on the first day. If you don’t like dogs, you can just ignore them. But for an animal lover like me, engaging with them was a real joy. Walking through the neighbourhood with my dog while being followed closely by 12 others felt like being part of a peaceful pack. Communication with the host was smooth and fast throughout. The location is only about 30 minutes from Khao Yai National Park, and the neighbours were also very polite. I would absolutely stay here again — it offered independence, peace, and a touch of community.

Check in was via Rajpracha hotel, a few seconds walk from the villa. We were quickly shown around with no fuss. The villa had a feel of home, everything required for a perfect getaway. We declined daily maid service but it was an added bonus Great view out to the river which added to the peaceful feel. Beautiful villa....highly recommended 🙏
