Even though our family only stayed at "The Sand and I" for one night, they were absolutely delightful! The villa was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The private pool was the highlight, offering a funny and relaxing atmosphere. The owner is friendly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to attractions and the beach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a private and relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Location:Situated in a quiet, family-friendly suburb, the villa is ideally located just a three-minute walk from the beach, which is perfect for those sunset strolls or morning swims. The proximity to local temples and markets adds a cultural touch to your stay, and having a 24-hour convenience store just across the road is incredibly convenient. The area is rich with local vendors offering fresh foods, enhancing the authentic experience of the locale. Amenities:The villa features spacious, air-conditioned rooms that are beautifully presented with comfortable, soft beds in each. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, suitable for preparing meals for a group. However, the highlight is undoubtedly the outdoor area - the alfresco space by the pool is nothing short of sensational, offering an ideal spot for relaxation or dining. This is a fantastic, spacious house located in an area that is great for relax9mg as well as exploring Hua Hin. We stayed in a group of 10 people, and the 4 bedrooms and 4 toilets plus a big kitchen and several "chilling areas" were perfect. The swimming pool is not huge but in low season we had it practically all to ourselves. The beach is as great as people say, with many restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, kids can roam free and soon the locals recognize and greet you.

    The host was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens, good sized swimming pool and just a short walk to a lake and two beaches. The villa itself was clean, large and had a well equipped kitchen. Outside was a deck with seating and sun loungers. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance.

    We hired a car at Bangkok airport. The host communicated well with us and sent the exact location. The drive is around 3-4 hours. The villa is in a great location, night markets, shopping malls, temples restaurants etc are all nearby. The villa is fully equipped, exceptionally clean and fairly quiet. It has 4 bedroom with 3 having direct access to the pool. 3 bathrooms. Parking is on the property too! The host Memee is wonderful and very attentive, also arranged massage at the villa. Most impressed!

    My stay was excellent. Perfect location outside the city set in a beautiful enclave facing khao tao lake. The villas and surroundings are clean and well cared for. The staff are friendly and helpful. My favourite place in the area

    very large traditional clean villa. Grounds and pool lovely set aside lake for walks etc. Small fishing village close by with plenty of good restaurants. Host Darin was really pleasant & helpful ensuring we had what we needed during our stay.

    First time coming to hua hin, Location was perfect for what we needed, perfect for our dog too, entrance to the lake from the Villa, and a short drive or walk to the local beach, the Villa was nice and clean including pool area etc staff were very nice and let us in as soon as we arrived.
