Beautiful and clean villa. The hosts were very friendly and helpfull. We could always reach them if we had a question. The villa was spacious and had a lot of facilities. It is located in a quite neighbourhood and provides full relaxation. The pool was clean and very lovely to swim in. The view of the ocean was a big plus. We left our luggage at the reception for a day after we’ve checked out. The hosts took good care of us in general.

Welcoming hosts, very helpful. The entire place is spotlessly clean and our very large room had everything we needed. The location is excellent and after staying in another place in Krabi Town at the beginning of our trip, I wished I had booked Hello House instead. Would highly recommend.

The villa is amazing. It has a great view from the living room and the bedroom. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is a little bit away from the main streets which allowed us to relax and have some calm moments away from all of the noises. The private pool in which you can get whenever you want leaves no comments- it is just simply great. This is exactly what we were looking for and we highly recommend it for couples. The fact that you have to climb up the hill to get there is just a normal thing, you can’t avoid it to have a great view and calm area. The owner and the person who welcomed us were very friendly and helpful, they answered all of our questions and recommended nice restaurants. We ordered the floating breakfast from the hotel above - it was not so much choice in terms of the dietary requirements but it was a very fun experience so it was 100% worth it. 😊

The property was exactly like pictures , modern, spacious and well appointed . Swimming pool is cleaned regularly and garden is beautiful. Includes everything you will need. We are a family of 5 and arrived 2am, kids were hungry and we were grateful to find essentials like drinking water , eggs bread milk and fruits in the fridge.

Beautiful villas between Ao Nang and Krabi. a pleasant swimming pool is part of the area and a shared kitchen is right next to it. Willing and kind staff, always helpful and smiling. We had the villa cleaned every day, during the 4 nights we also received clean towels and sheets.

The owners were extremely polite and welcoming. The villa was very well equipped and care was taken so we understood how appliances functioned. The owner provided our requested breakfast choices at a moderate charge - everything was carefully prepared and delicious. We also had local ladies in one night to cook a superb traditional Thai dinner. We recommend joining one of the yoga classes which was very professional. It was easy to get to local places using a taxi app but the gardens and pool at Baan Pinya are so relaxing there was no need to venture far away.
