Our stay was flawless from beginning to end. Ty was incredibly responsive and attentive, his on-site assistant was not only very friendly but also extremely helpful. As for the house itself, it's truly exceptional. The view, the firepit, and the overall ambiance are out of this world! We arrived in the afternoon and were so captivated by the property that we chose to stay in. With everything we could possibly desire right at our fingertips, there was no reason to venture out that night. Check-in and out were a breeze. We visited off-season and had a fantastic deal price-wise. (I must admit that for just one night and two people, the regular price might be a tad expensive for budget-travellers like us. But if you can afford it it's worth every penny and more!) Thank you Ty, we dream to come back next year.....

The house was wonderful; cozy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was also peaceful and quiet, which is what we wanted, but it was also only a short drive to stores and food shopping. We found it to be the perfect getaway.

This property was pretty cut and dry. No hosts on site, and communication was all automated. That said, we had no issues booking last minute and getting into the property upon arrival. And the unit was obviously cleaned right after the last booking to accommodate last minute bookings like ours. The unit is pretty well stocked with all the major items one would need while renting a house - plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. And the large screen TV allows you to log into your streaming accounts to watch shows. There isn't a lot in the area - e.g. restaurants, grocery stores, parks, etc. So we had to travel for everything. We knew that ahead of time and planned accordingly. And there are a few parks not too far away (about a 10 minute drive). The place was very dog friendly for our small dog, including a specified dog bed. We didn't try to get in the backyard, so not sure if that was an option. But the street is very residential and safe to walk our dog on. And there clearly are other dogs in the neighborhood that he enjoyed finding their scents on our walks! Overall, this met our needs and expectations well. No complaints!
